How is the work delivered?

We can deliver your report and model via Google Sheets or Excel, whichever is preferred.

What is your pricing like?

Pricing depends on your market, project type and reporting requests. We give you a quote for your specific needs after our 15-20min intro call. Our services range from $350-$2,500.

Why wouldn't I just use AirDNA?

If AirDNA is a shotgun, Aircalc is a precision surgical knife. AirDNA provides bulk, largely unfiltered data and a user-friendly dashboard. Their subscription model means they are incentivized to hold back information to keep you on the site and subscribed. Aircalc provides highly-targeted, specific and relevant data and pulls out the most important information you need to know. We also bring the analysis through the complete diligence process with financial modeling and other custom reporting.

How long does it take to deliver my analysis?

You should expect 5-10 days for delivery, depending on your market and specific scope.

If I’ve invested before, why do I need your analysis?
